ACP Michigan introduces Bread and Barakat, aimed to strengthen the Muslim-American community through humanitarian support. Its Thanksgiving drives held Nov 21 and to be held Nov 24 in Dearborn Heights, MI, provide free food, supplies, and Islamic literature to community members.

ACP Michigan conducted a food drive/cookout event at a park in the neighborhood of the MI ACP construction project Nov 16. Between 40-50 people were served hot grilled food, and received canned and dry goods. ACP was received warmly. Events like these are how many are surviving.

ACP Michigan chapter acquired a greenhouse property in Saginaw, to grow food, to develop agricultural technology as a chapter enterprise, to share that technology with other farmers, and as a fabrication facility for wood and metal products.
